THE STRATEGY CLINIC: ONE HOUR COACHING SESSION
The Strategy Clinic offers quick, effective strategic advice in a one-hour virtual coaching session. It’s perfect for when you need some ad-hoc advice, or are considering whether your business might benefit from a strategy consultant and want to understand more about how we can help.
How does it work? Before the session you will complete a short form to provide some background information about your organisation and the issue you want to discuss. The session will be designed around the information you provide. After the session you will receive a short summary of the takeaways and actions agreed.
CRITICAL FRIEND: HELP WITH DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS
Our critical friend service is designed for when you need a fresh, independent perspective on a document or other materials. We can provide comments, editorial support and recommendations about next steps.
How does it work? The critical friend service starts with a short initial briefing call in which you explain the issue and describe the materials you need review with. We then send you a proposed scope of work. Once this is agreed, we will review the materials and provide written and verbal feedback within an agreed timeframe.
STRATEGY ON-DEMAND: STRATEGIC SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT
Our strategy on-demand service is designed for organisations seeking a trusted, independent advisor who understands the nuances of your business. For an agreed retainer, you get ongoing access to a Polygon expert, ensuring you have the strategic support you need, when you need it. This service is ideal for organisations that value the flexibility of having a strategy consultant on call without the commitment of creating a full-time position or signing up to a large consultancy project.
How does it work?

Clients on our on-demand service will have a set number of days each quarter from the Polygon team, ensuring that help is always at hand.

Clients can schedule their advisory days in half-day or full day chunks according to their needs, offering flexibility to address strategic issues as they arise.

This service is offered for a fixed quarterly charge based on the number of advisory days included and can be tailored to suit the size and needs of the organisation.

The retainer covers a broad range of strategic consultancy services, from on-the-fly advice to deep-dive analysis on specific issues. It also includes priority booking for other Polygon services.
FACILITATION AND CHAIRING
Polygon offers facilitation of internal strategy sessions as well as executive and board away days. We can deliver individual sessions or multi-day programmes and work with your team to design agendas, source external speakers and organise site visits and study tours. We can also chair panel sessions at your internal and external events.
